Tartufo means truffle in Italian and refers to how these ice cream mounds look after dipped in chocolate and with a sweet soft center.  We have several variations available:

Chocolate Indulgence: rich  chocolate ice cream surrounding a soft fudge center.
Black & White: vanilla bean ice cream surrounding a decadent soft fudge center.
Java Caramel: coffee ice cream surrounding a soft caramel center.
Mocha Raspberry: smooth mocha ice cream surrounding a raspberry center.
S’More: rich chocolate ice cream surrounding a soft marshmallow center.
Mocha Fudge: smooth mocha ice cream surrounding a soft chocolate fudge center.
