England's MicroCreamery should be notified of the group flavor approximately one week prior to your tour date so that we can make every effort to have the appropriate ingredients available. A list of the names of the participants along with their individual ice cream combinations should be provided to England's MicroCreamery no later than 24 hours prior to your tour date so that we can have the individual ice cream already prepared upon your arrival.

There is a minimum fee of $56.00. A deposit of $48.00 is required to secure your field trip date. This deposit will go toward your final payment. Payment arrangements for the remaining balance can be made the day of your event. Please keep in mind that we are not equipped to accept credit cards, so please be prepared to pay in full for the services rendered either by cash or personal check drawn from a local bank.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in its entirety if you notify England's MicroCreamery of the cancellation no less than one week prior to your event. Refunds will not be issued if the event is cancelled with less than one week’s notice to England's MicroCreamery. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
