Mikaela Ferland Manager A 2005 graduate of Haverhill High School, Mikaela played soccer, competed on a national level as part of HHS’s 2005 Moot Court team in Washington D.C., and was active in ROTC. Mikaela joined England’s MicroCreamery in 2004. She currently attends Salem State College where she is double majoring in History and Political Science. Mikaela is also an academic Mentor at Salem State. When not making frappes and serving up sundaes, Mikaela can be found hanging out with her friends and family. Favorite Flavor: Cantaloupe, or Butter cream with Grapenuts, Butterscotch, and Hot Fudge.

Kristen Frazier Manager A 2004 graduate of Haverhill High School, Kristen joined England's MicroCreamery in August of 2003. She was actively involved in the drama club and chorus during high school. Kristen was also a member of the National Honor Society. Kristen received her Associates Degree from Northern Essex Community College in Elementary Education in 2006. She is a senior at Salem State where she is persuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology. When she is not scooping ice cream, Kristen can usually be found acting, singing, and dancing on the stage, teaching dance, hanging out with friends, or babysitting Favorite Flavor: Apple with Walnuts

Lauren Kimball Assistant Manager Lauren started working at England's MicroCreamery in Spring of 2003. She graduated from Haverhill High School in 2004 and is now attending Boston University, where she is majoring in Italian Studies. When not serving ice cream, Lauren can often be found on the other side of the bar, buying it (ice cream sort of dominates her life). However, she does have other interests, too, such as photography, going to the theatre, ballet, and trying to speak Italian on a regular basis. Favorite Flavor: Mocha with a Raspberry Swirl

Mary Murphy Assistant Manager A 2006 graduate of Haverhill High School, Mary joined the staff of England’s MicroCreamery in July 2004. She was on the soccer and track team while in high school. She will be furthering her education at the University of New Hampshire in the Fall of 2006. When Mary is not scooping ice cream, you can find her at the beach or shopping. Favorite Flavor: Coconut Frappe with Pineapple and Pecans Gabriele Arenburg Ice Cream Bar Staff One of the newest members of the ice cream bar staff, Gab joined England's MicroCreamery in Spring 2007. Gab is entering her Junior year at Central Catholic High School. Favorite Flavor: Mavreen Fleming Ice Cream Bar Staff Mavreen is a 2007 graduate of Haverhill High School and is one of the newest members of the ice cream bar staff. Mavreen will be attending Northern Essex Community College in the Fall. Upon receiving an Associates Degree from NECC, Mavreen plans to atten Mass Art. Favorite Flavor: Chocolate Orange Courtney Hickey Ice Cream Bar Staff Courtney is a 2007 graduate of Haverhill High School and joined England’s Microcreamery in August 2004. She is an active volunteer at the MSPCA. Favorite Flavor: Cranberry with Jimmies Emily Maranto Ice Cream Bar Staff Currently a Junior at Haverhill High School, Emily joined England’s MicroCreamery in April of 2006. Emily likes to go to the movies and hang out with her friends. She plays field hockey and tennis for the high school. Favorite Flavor: Coffee or Mud Pie Shawn Murphy Ice Cream Bar Staff One of the newest members of the ice cream bar staff, Shawn joined England's MicroCreamery in Spring 2007. Shawn is entering his Sophomore year at Central Catholic High School. Favorite Flavor: Emily Schlosser Ice Cream Bar Staff Emily joined England's MicroCreamery in Spring of 2006. She is currently a student at Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, Massachusetts; and anticipates graduating in the year of 2009. She spends her summers in the sun at the beach, and is actively involved in dance during the year. She has been dancing tap, ballet, and jazz since she was 4 years old! She is also a part of the CCHS track team at her school. Favorite Flavor: Chocolate with Caramel and Pecans Jennifer Wagner Ice Cream Bar Staff Jennifer is a 2000 graduate of Andover High School and joined England’s Microcreamery in February of 2007. She enjoys the great outdoors, camping, hiking, riding dirt bikes and so much more. Favorite Flavor: Orange Cream and Black Raspberry Tiffany Wezesa Ice Cream Bar Staff Tiffany is a 2006 graduate of Whittier Vocational Technical High School and joined England’s Microcreamery in March of 2007. Tiffany is currently taking courses at Boston University to receive her certification in photography.
